Webforte ( UK ) Ltd was created to offer Small Business clients Website creation and Web Hosting facilities.

We do not collect or retain any information relating to visitors to our site, except in the normal course of business.

We do not pass on any email addresses or personal details of clients to any third parties.

As in common with many other commercial web sites we do display adverts from organisations such as Google. These third parties may collect information about your web surfing habits in order to better provide you with relevant content. None of this information is held by or available to Webforte ( UK ) Ltd.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. Conforms to The Data Protection Act 1998. Any client information held by us will not be passed on to any third party under any circumstances.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd creates Websites under the following Terms & Conditions:-

The Client will provide all content and any other material to be included in the Client’s Website. The complete responsibility of the Website content and any misinformation, is that of the Client. All Website content must conform with current UK Law, even if the site is for use primarily outside UK boundaries. It falls to the client to ensure that the Website is operating legally at all times. The client must be over 18 years of age.

The Client will indemnify Webforte ( UK ) Ltd against any possible Third Party claims for Copyright infringements, whether considered intentional or not. Any content that is found to infringe copyright will be removed upon discovery, at the client’s expense.

Webforte ( UK ) makes every effort to ensure that the web site and its contents work in accordance with the client’s instructions. We cannot however be held responsible for any losses caused by malfunction of the Web Site or any part of it.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd cannot be held responsible, in any form, for any downtime of Websites due to Web Hosting technical problems or otherwise caused. All reasonable endeavours will be made to keep any downtime to a minimum.

Any images provided by Webforte ( UK ) Ltd are for the use by the Webforte ( UK ) Ltd designed website only and may not be used for any other purpose.

All Clients will received a detailed quotation for any works, the quotation is valid for 30 days from the date quoted thereon.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. will only commence work on any project once a non returnable deposit of 50% of the full project fee, has been received.The final 50% of the quoted price will be due once the final design is approved by the client. The web site will only be switched live once all payments are received in full. The web site remains the property of Webforte ( UK ) until payment is received in full.

The deposit of 50% is payable to cover initial design work and administration that is carried out in the creation of the client’s website. The initial 50% deposit is therefore not refundable.

Any content management undertaken will be at the client’s request only , a relevant charge will be quoted in advance for such services.

All works to be carried out will be detailed in a written quotation schedule, no variation to this schedule will be entertained without prior written agreement by Webforte ( Uk ) Ltd.

We will use email to correspond with our clients, a valid email address must be supplied for this use and it is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any changes in the contact email address. We can be contacted during office hours by telephone but email will be primary method of communication.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd will arrange the Website hosting, if instructed to by the client. The payment for the hosting must be paid, in full, to Webforte ( UK ) Ltd., before any hosting will commence.

All copy and material require to enable the website must be made available to Webforte ( UK ) as soon as is reasonably possible. We cannot accept liability for any costs, loss of earnings or financial penalties of any form, should the web site fail to meet agreed deadlines.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the website or any cost arising from such misuse be it of content, or any other part of the website.

Webforte ( UK ) Ltd. will not be liable to the client for any direct or consequential damages, loss of business or income of any form in relation to the use of the website.

No variation to the above Terms & Conditions are possible without prior written agreement from Webforte ( UK ) Ltd.

Any persons accessing this website from a location outside of the United Kingdom, do so on their own initiative and in which case are responsible for the compliance with any local laws which may apply.
